The Estate house at Finca Cazador was constructed to withstand any and all environmental hazards, and protect human life comfortably and sustainably.
Built of poured concrete (18" thick walls and 12' deep footings) reinforced with 1" steel welded rebar, and poured concrete roofs on welded steel C channel beams, this structure would most likely survive winds in excess of 200 mph.

love" took 2,347 screws with three men laboring over 700+ hours to create this stunning ceiling.
